REFUNDS:

Photographs can only convey a certain amount of information, therefore, if you are in any way dissatisfied once you have the pieces in hand we offer a full refund on return of set for any reasonable reason for a period of seven days after the recorded receipt of the item.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING:

Each piece is individually wrapped in tissue paper then collectively wrapped in bubble-wrap. All items are then shipped in a solid box (also wrapped in bubble-wrap) and can be tracked online. Express shipping (FedEx, UPS) is available at an additional cost.

GUARANTEED FOR LIFE:

Your purchase comes with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Meaning, if a piece becomes damaged or broken, or if something becomes loose (a finial or felt pad, for example) IT WILL BE REPAIRED FOR FREE, irrespective of when the set was purchased and how it became damaged. This does not apply to ‘lost’ pieces, however.
